To request for a replacement computer drive from the list of affected models (DVR-1810, DVR-2810, DVR-X122, DVR-112D, DVR-112DBK, and DVR-112DSV), please complete the online order form below and have your drive's Model as well as corresponding Serial numbers ready. For internal drives, the model and serial numbers can be found on the product label on top of the drives.
